Procedure to take action against Anti corruption bureau

What can be done in the case of inactive Anti corruption Bureau ? We reported a corrupted government officer 3 years back but nothing has happened since then and no action has been taken from ACB wing of our city. Which department & official to approach and take this to the next level ?
YOU HAVE NOT REPORTED CLEAR QUERY ? BUT WHAT I UNDERSTAND IS THAT U MIGHT HAVE INFORMED ANTI CORRUPTION BUREAU ABOUT BRIBE BEING DEMANDED BY GOVT OFFICER AND THEY HAVE NOT ACTED ON THE SAME. U NEED TO REPORT TO THE DIRECTOR GENERAL OF POLICE OF YOUR STATE OR YOU MAY ALSO APPROACH HIGH COURT OF YOUR STATE AGAINST NON ACTION OF ACB INSPITE OF YOUR COMPLAINT
