Dear, As you have come to settlement terms with your wife regarding payment of money towards maintenance of your children, prepare a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), record the same in the memorandum, get the signatures of your wife in the memo and file a quash petition in the high court along with the MoU. Yes. Your wife's witness is also required as the court will not quash the case without her presence and without recording her statements. If you need any further advise or my assistance in this matter, feel free to contact me through Lawrato.
