YESTERDAY ARRESTED UNDER IPC 457,380. I'LL PERSENT TO SDM TODAY. HOW CAN I GET BAIL TODAY

File Bail application under section 437 of crpc before trial court and application is rejected under this then file application under section 438 of crpc before court of session as offence is cognizable and non bailable.

No u can't get bail . These cases.don't come before SDM.these are.non.bailable and.are tried.by magistrate. hence can't. get.bail.in aday Please let.me know the present status.so.that l.can suggest.you
