procedure to get back my bike from police

My bike was stolen from local market on 17/03/22 and a day later i filed a fir at nearby police station. Fortunately my bike was found on same day and the thieves were caught and they have been sent to jail. But now police is asking me to get back my bike from court...so what should i do now??....which documents will be needed in that process and should i hire an advocate or i can do it by myself?? Please help!!

Dear Questionnaire You have to file one petition through Advocate before trail court where your case are pending hereafter, pray to court to release the bike which is in the custody of police. Feel free then call.
