Procedure to get another court date

I have developed a skin issue and can't go out outside in the day for a couple of days, my court date is very near. How do i get exempted from it? I havent been yet presented in front of a judge and my lawyer has been taking further dates from the clerk itself, aarop-patra isnt also not made yet. What do i need to do to get another date?
you move an exemption application along with your medical prescription of your skin problem.
after which court will not object to the same and try to take date after the time frame suggested by your doctor.

You need to file an exemption application with proper medical report.
You may move an application for permanent exemption on the same ground.
It is on the sole discretion of the judge to grant you exemption.
