Procedure to file PCR in the court as party-in-person

I made a compliant before CP Bengaluru in 2017 it was forwarded to Hebbagodi PS after that HR restrained me in a room and threatened to resign. Later I filled a complaint in HRC Karnataka. Hebbagodi Inspector gave false report. I again made a compliant with SP for action thru speed post in 2019 there is no action taken till now. Now I want to make a compliant u/s IPC 339, 340, 341 and 506 what is the procedure to file PCR in ACMM court.

yes you can file but I need know what is the entire story than only i can say said section applicable or not and procedure for file PCR against him if you write whole story based I prefer complaint along with the
