Procedure to file defamation case on the recruitment company

i have got a job through my college.the recruitment team take money and selected us.some students are given and some do'nt.is it possible to file a cause of defamation and cheating case on that company
Your question is improper,any how i have understood about your question,as you said it is impossible to file a defamation suit against of this college or company,on what basis you want to file a defamation case please let me know.
