Procedure to apply for bail in case of having fake police ID Card

My friend is in tihar bcoz of having bogus police id card .. is he will release on bail?
As Ur query is tht you friend is in police custody right now he is in Tihar jail . The offence he is having a fake police I'd card due to which he got arrested by the police . I'm this matter yes he will get the bail but difficulty will be there as what charges has been framed on him.it will depend on that.

Sir he can get bail if we can show that the id seized was not their intentionally and was not his fault. The FIR has to be read that on what grounds was he arrested and under what sections is he charged for, thereafter a good lawyer shall file a bail aaplocation fir you and get you bail.

Yes but take some time till the investigation is pending and even if there is some evidence against your friend than you need to wait at least 3 months and if there is no evidence you need to contact a lawyer
