Procedure for bail if a person is prosecuted under Section 420 A3 IPC

My cousin has been arrested under Section 420 A3. We have applied for bail twice and has been rejected. Bail has been rejected even in sessions. Also bail of other accused has been rejected. They too are behind bars. He is put in jail since last 30 days. Need help or advice to get him bail immediately.
Whether chargesheet has been filed or not. You also have an option for High Court and for which you need to apply for the same. Apply for the certified copies for session order and filed before the high court.
