Private Charitable Hospital...
13-Apr-2023 (In Criminal Law)
A 21 year old man was admitted in to a free bed in a private charitable hospital. He was operated as an emergency. Subsequently, the patient developed serious infection of the wound..so can he take legal action against that hospital??
if he is sure that he developed the infection only once he was admitted in the hospital then he may send a notice to the hospital.
however, if the hospital had prior to his admitting in the hospital informed him that there may be some kind of infection then we will have to proceed in a smart manner.
