Caught under drink and drive for the first time and paid fine at the court will there be any problem for my passport Sir? That's my first time.

There will neither be any problem for issuance of new passport if you don't have one nor your passport will be cancelled if you already have one in this case. As you have paid the fine at the court, you are free. Make sure you collect the case dismissal order from the court for record purpose.
