Precautions to take before having physical relationship

I am an Indian man, 51 years old, unmarried. I met a divorced lady on a matrimonial website a decade ago. She is from south africa and we have met in India in 2017. We also stayed at different hotels and travelled then. She wants to meet me again. I want to know what precautions I can take to be legally safe & obtain consent form her for our relationship?Is there a legal format or declaration that she can sign through email or a hardcopy which she can sign?consensual relationship minus marriage

Dear Sir, There is no official government format or registration for such agreements in India. It’s a private legal document, enforceable to the extent that it proves mutual consent and intent.   You can prepare a “Mutual Consent and Relationship Agreement” stating clearly that: Both parties are adults and entering the relationship voluntarily. The relationship is purely consensual and does not amount to marriage or any promise of marriage. Both have full understanding of its nature and implications. Either party can withdraw from the relationship at any time without legal or financial obligation on the other.
