Jan 2026 Powerloom shed Placed infront of my house and shed....three powerlooms operating simultaneously High Noise ... Only GI sheet provided as physical shield no sound control measures provided

Continuous operation of three powerlooms causing excessive noise near your residence may amount to noise pollution and nuisance. Mere GI-sheet covering is not sufficient if the permissible noise limits are exceeded. You may submit written complaints to the local Police, local body/Panchayat or Corporation and the Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board, requesting inspection and measurement of the noise level. You may also approach the Executive Magistrate/RDO for removal of public nuisance. If the disturbance continues, you can file a civil suit seeking permanent and interim injunction restraining operation of the powerlooms in a manner causing excessive noise. Keep photographs/videos, copies of complaints and, if possible, noise-level evidence.
