The accused produced before the Magistrate of first class in SC St cases Have the Magistrate powers to release the accused on personal bond or on surity bonds asper 41A crpc or other provisions pl clarify
it depends upon the quantum of offence committed and the nature of offence wheather congnizable or non congnizable and in cases of non cognizable offences the judge has power to release on personal bond upon appearance of the accused
