Post office and police register False case and make arrest what to do

Myself and my son had gone to collect my penssion in Post office nashik .As usewal they refused to pay at 01.20 pm saying counter is closed .When approched to Post master , the concerned lady cleark statrted beating me and abusing on schedule caste.She called her husband there who beated myself and my son closing the out going gate.Any how we reported police station where the lady and her husband filed police complain against us, however refused to take our complaint and arrested us.I wrote to CM , Director genl Police , SC/STcomission , Humanrights comission and police comissioner Nashik .All thy refered the matter for action to ACP Din-2 Nashik Mr Raju Bhujbal But no action so far ,I want to file Writfor justice , Pl advice and oblidge .Regards
Wait for some reasonable time and then again complain regarding this,if it works then ok or else If police are not doing their job properly then take the help of advocate and file a private complaint with the magistrate under relevant sections and atrocity act and upon which the magistrate may order an investigation.
