Possibility to compromise in rape cases after case has finalised

सर मेरी बहन के साथ किसी ने 2006 मे रेप किया था।कोर्ट द्वारा वो दोषी साबित हुए थे। लेकिन वो कोर्ट में कभी उपस्थित नहीं हुए । कोर्ट द्वारा उनको स्थाई वारंटी घोषित किया जा चुका है। 2006 से अब तक वो फरार हैं । इस दौरान उन्होंने समझौते का दबाव बनाने के लिए हम पर तीन झूठे मुकदमे किये गये। इन मुकदमों मे हमारे परिवार के सभी सरकारी कर्मचारियों के नाम लिखाये गये। सर मेरा सवाल ये है कि क्या रेप के उस केस मे कुछ समझौते की संभावना कानूनी तरीके से है क्या । यदि है तो कृपया सलाह देने का कष्ट करे। धन्यवाद
Rape is a non-compoundable offence and in the case involving charges of rape there cannot be any compromise between the parties and there is no chance of out of the court settlement. you need to apply for bail in case FIR is already lodged and protect yourself.
