POSCSO case In another state how one can deal in this situaion legaly

POSCSO case is still under evidence of prosecution in another state. My family members are involved and I am the eye witness as the guy had come at our home and spoken with family members before taking her from another state, his things were hidden by family members when Police from that state had come to investigate and due to influence and manipulation of one of the member in our home the police didn't ask others in family. My parents are being brainwashed while they are pointing to case.
