Polis have filed FIR on 304 A act for accident and detath of our emplo

We provide labour for outsource to msedcl company on 4th august on labor going to work on electric pol by order of junior engineer and he geting shok and died at the spot but polise has file fir with ipc 304A on me . I have not told to that labor for work or i have to power to told that labour tk working . But polise threten me and filed fir for that accident case . I am not present there and nor any involvement in that accident. I properly mentain the recorda of died person so why and how i foud gulty

Sorry to know about your situation. Section 304 A IPC pertains to the offence of 'death by Negligence'. Police might be suspecting that your some kind of rashness of negligence resulted in the causing electric shock to the deceased therefore..

section 304 a of the Indian Penal Code section is bailable no intention to kill life whatever happen it is because of the accident can get the bail from the concern police station so don't worry about this
