a petition has been filed on a person in a money matter and on the petition there held a compromise and got cheque for the said amount. it is against to the law? the inspector of police is threatening that if we with draw the petition he will book a case on me. it is most urgent pl other wise the inspector will book a case on me
How can the police say that you don't need to worry police do not have any right to take action against you not they have right to file a case against you you can even raise that contention in court thst police is threatening
