Police registered case under section 308 I want to add section 307

Some peoples atack on me. Am serious injured and docters take my head opration . And now am can not walk after my head opration. Docters give me a disiable certificate and docters said to police. A matel road hit in head and dangarous to life .. police added ipc 308 in my case... What i want to add ipc 307 .... M kya karu ke police ko ipc 307 add krni pade... Kya mere case me jo docters ne bola hai us ke baad ipc 307 add ho sakti hai
