Police misused his power, what legal action can I take ?

Sir, I was standing with my motorcycle outside my old college to meet a friend from that college he came outside and we were talking to each other after several minutes a police jeep stopped next to me and a policeman came outside and ask me why are you standing here my face was covered with a handkerchief he ask me to get it off I removed it. he started slapping me on my face with no reason he snached my bike key and challan me for miss behaviour and triply. He also Bound my bike I have all the documents with me.
Move an application explaining all the facts to Concerend S.H.O and concerned S.P for taking legal necessary against the police official. There may be cctv installed outside of the college and u cn tk cctv footage from there.
