Police making a false case against jeweler demanding money and gold

we are running a small jewellery business few days back police came to shop with the robber telling that we had purchased gold 250gm from the robber but the fact was we had never seen that robber before and we had never purchased gold from any one like that . so police dragged me into the police van and took us to police station there they used abused language and made fear that they will put us into the jail and like this nowadays they are going many shops and forcing to pay money and gold there so what should be done please need help

Hi..if you have any proof regarding they making demand of money and gold u can file a private complainant before the concerned court against that police officers or else u can report the same to theire higher officer.
