Police Investigation Stop After FIR And 164 Statement Givem

We give complaint against two person for attacking ladies police charge FIR under 354. And given our 164 statement. But after that police not reply properly they said one of the accused location not found on that day so case is false and his father senior citizen so cant take case against him. And also they cant find accused . They said diffrent answers and they not given charge sheet and also keep mum. What we do next. Where we given complaint against this issue . Why they not submit Charge sheet . How can strong this case when police have this type of behaviour

You need to hire an advocate in this regard and if police have file the chargesheet then advocate will apply certified copy for you..moreover he will file an application at the concerned court to know the status of the case ..plz b in touch

Police investigation doesn’t stop until Chargesheet is filed. There also could be circumstances where the police, with the permission of the court can investigate further even after filing of the main chargesheet.
