Sir, it is important for you to know why police is calling you. Do the police want to arrest you or simply want to interrogate you. in first eventuality, you need to approach sessions court for anticipatory bail. However, if police only want to question you then join the enquiry. take assistance of a lawyer by stating complete facts. And if police only want to harass you or seek some benefits, then you can approach high court against the harassment meted out to you.
