1. police came with 41a against me in IT act 66d, ipc469 ipc 170.
2. police made me sing on pabandnama and gone..
3.ow shall i take anticipatory bail or normal bail
You can apply for anticipatory bail if you under the perception that you might get arrested in the case mentioned in the notice you received. As of now just attend the police official at the place mentioned in the notice.

You have been charged with section 170 ipc too that is cognizable..which means police have rights to arrest you ! Rest other sections are Bailable ! Therefore u must definitely move your anticipatory bail! Secondly, don’t mis to issue one notice to the concerned police office stating that u are ready to join investigation whenever n wherever!
