We would like to get FIR copy of Case ..we went to police station and keep asking FIR copy but they are not giving the FIR copy how can we proced

If police are not providing you a copy of FIR, you can always collect the copy of the FIR and your complaint from the court having jurisdiction over the police station provided you are either the complainant or the accused in the said FIR.
