Police attack for years and following without any reason

Hi sir, Police is following and putting camera on wherever I goes ? Even in my room, for years, Is it legal ? They even tried to disturb me in public places .. not directly act against right to live.. tried to put in fake cases. but i escaped, they are running something behind that not all need to live and progress, is it legal ?

Dear Sir, If you are not involved in any crime and there are no pending criminal cases and you are not required by the police in any case then police cannot do like that. You may approach High Court and get a direction to the Police to remove such cameras and protect your privacy.
