Suppose a website caught selling obsence material and the website customer already buy the obscene material for private use can the customer are face police arrest or investigation and any court summons are face the customer in India

Yes, the police can someone you and investigate you if you got used to using the obscene material even if it is for your private use still you can get in trouble for it purchasing and selling and consuming obscene material is illegal in India, you won't get any punishment as such in this cases but police will call you for Investigation.

If you are the complainant (business owner, victim) → You can file a police complaint/FIR, and the police may arrest/investigate the customer. ← If it's a consumer dispute Consumer Court, not police.
