POCSO case culprit have inherent right want to stay with victim

Victim grandfather raped and after getting bail he want to stay with victim and parents in the same house as he have inherent right in that house. Is it possible. How I can block him and save my daughter

You can always move an application before the court seeking police protection or demanding separate residential rights for your daughter. As far as the bail is concerned there must be conditions given by the court to abide and there ought to be a condition that the accused person should not contact the victim to avoid manipulation of facts. hello clients as a matter of facts whuch you have mentioned in your above query us definatelly possible that for the safty and security of the your child the grandfather shouod not be allowed to reside in the same house on the name of inheritance an the basis of your matter i can advice we nees to get an order from court only .
