How lawyers charge in 377 511 pocso 7/8 cases? I am trapped in false pocso case. I need to know how to pay lawyer taking my case. Do I need to pay him on each date and generally what amount is taken by lawyers on each date.

Minor lied his age on application as application is only for 18+ and when I asked his age he told me 18 and on FIR his father mentioned 15. I am cheated.
