Hi there, you can take the recourse of filing a complaint under Section- 69 Bhartiye Nyaya Sanhita against him. As you two were living together so you can file a domestic violence case as well. However, it's highly unlikely that a man of such integrity will be back with you. It's advisable to have clarity of thought before taking legal recourse as getting back with him is not possible legally.

Dear Ma'am! That's a complex question of law. The first question arises whether this man you are referring to completed the saptpadi (saat phere) of the holy fire or not. If not, then the marriage is void ab initio. The first question is important to be answered in order to ascertain whether he committed a rape upon you on pretext of marriage or committed a bigamy if the first question is in affirmation. You need an advocate who can handle the complexity of your matter. Good luck!

Legally, you can: Collect and preserve evidence (messages, photos, witnesses, financial records, temple ritual proof). File a police complaint/FIR for cheating (IPC 420) if you can show he promised marriage dishonestly to exploit you. If he went through a marriage ritual despite already being married, you can also invoke bigamy (IPC 494). Alternatively, send a legal notice through a lawyer to demand accountability and put pressure.

You should immediately get a complaint drafted and address it to the police station according to your jurisdiction and try to register a FIR against him under section 69 BNS. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
