my mobile stolen recovered by Chennai city police please send me a model petition to file in magistrates court
you can move an application seeking permission to release your phone from custody of the police/ court. you will have to confirm certain things before the court or the police hands over the phone to you. you need to mention in the application about when it was stolen, when it was recovered and model etc and submit it.
