Person vendetta being used to throw us out of the society

Sir i am a 17yr old and i live in Thane and the secretary of our society used bad words for me and my family and also gave us a warning to kill. We said that we will go to police but he said that call police, navy, army etc. They cannot do anything to me. Then we filed a complaint too in the police station but after filing the compalint he and his friends started harrassing us again in the night at 2:30 am and giving warnings using bad words. His friends were misleaded by him that we have the matter due to the noise that they make in the pandal of Maa Durga but the actual matter was a personal matter. We then again called the police and the police arrived but they weren't respecting them and harrassing us in front of them. Sir they are also giving us a warning and planning to remove us out of the society. Sir i have the video proofs too against them. Sir please help us.
