Permission to travel abroad for work purpose during Court trials

Hi, I just wanted to know that Trial for the criminal case is going to begin soon. but in the meantime, if there's a requirement of the company to travel abroad, how can I take permission in advance for that.
If your criminal trial is about to commence and you need to travel abroad for genuine company/business requirements, you can file an application before the concerned Trial Court seeking prior permission to travel abroad, mentioning the proposed dates, destination, purpose of travel, and undertaking to appear whenever required. If your passport is deposited or there is an existing travel restriction/bail condition, the application should specifically seek appropriate relaxation for the stated period. Supporting documents such as the company’s travel requirement, invitation/business letter, itinerary, and return ticket can strengthen the request.

If you are presently on bail and your bail order contains a condition requiring prior permission to travel abroad, you will have to seek permission from the concerned Court before travelling. We would need to review the bail order to confirm the applicable conditions and the appropriate Court before advising you further. You will have to file an application before the competent criminal court seeking permission to travel abroad. The application should ideally be filed sufficiently in advance and should specify the purpose of travel, proposed dates, destination, itinerary and duration of stay. You may also be required to give an undertaking regarding your return to India and availability for the trial/hearings. You should not leave India unless and until the requisite permission is granted.

your matter is in which court? you will have to file an application for the matter to be taken on board in front of the judge and seek permission for the same, you can pray for it in the application of taken on board itself

If your presence is not required on particular dates, you may also request exemption from personal appearance under the applicable provisions. yes you need to take permission to travel abroad and from court each time before the filing of visa and give a compliance report that you have come back, also,You will also need to mention it to the visa officer about your criminal record as it will show in your account, if your trial is about to start before that apply for discharge from the case to discharge you from the case, if that is rejected go to high court and assk for quashing of the case against you and let it pending against other accused if any
