People blackmailing after tracking my personal information

i have been subjected to torture from some agencies , which snoop on my phone conversations ,my emails and my personel details. after which they blackmail me . this has been a harsh reality and am suffering from past years can anybody guide me

if you have hard evidence of such snooping, you can file a complaint against such people, in the police station, who can even book them under Cyber crime if permissible
