Parents physically and Mentally torturing?

I am abused physically and emotionally by my parents they beat me with slippers or shoes they slap me kick me.and always say that i am useless villager low standard just because i am not scoring well in test and sometime they beat me because i am not eating food of their choice.and there are hundred silly reasons for them to beat me.so please tell me what should i do
U may file a domestic violence case based on your gender, also u may report the matter under juvenile justice were custody main be given to your known relative. Also court main appoint mediation consultation.

You should immediately lodge a police complaint with the local police stations A petition for interim protection and injunction from domestic violence should also be filed under Section 12 of the Domestic Violence Act.
