Parents filing complaint in case boy leaves home

Hey, I'am 18 years old, and i want to leave my home because i don't want to live with my parents anymore. So, can my parents call the cops and file a complain or police can force me to go back to my home?
You are a major now, since the age of majority in India is 18 years and therefore you can choose your way. However, your parents can file any false criminal complaint against you, if they are really angry and your understanding with them is totally shattered. They can also file a missing report against you, if they are really worried for you.
However, its my suggestion that you should not runaway, since I am assuming that you may not have sufficient education and fund to sustain in this world at the instant stage.
