Agar koi ladki aapko blackmail kar rahi hai ki ya to paise do ya fir mujhse shadi karo aur aapke pass uski in sab baton ki recording hai to aap ek kaam karo aap apne area ke police station jao aur unko written complaint karo ke ek ladki mujhe black mail kar rahi hai aur extortion kar rahi hai.

If a girl has falsely implicated you in a rape case and later demands marriage or money in exchange for withdrawing the case – and you have a recording of this – it amounts to a serious criminal offence on her part. Filing a false FIR is punishable under Section 182 IPC (false information) and Section 211 IPC (false charge with intent to injure). Her demand for money or marriage in return for withdrawal can also be treated as extortion under Section 384 IPC and criminal intimidation under Section 506 IPC. You can approach the High Court under Section 482 CrPC to seek quashing of the false FIR, using the recording as evidence. At the same time, you may file a criminal complaint against her in the local police station or magistrate’s court. The recording you have is a strong piece of evidence in your favour. I recommend taking immediate legal action, and I can assist you in drafting the complaint and pursuing the matter in court.

Aisi situation me turant police ko inform karein aur apne paas jo recording evidence hai usko safe rakhein. Recording ko cyber cell ya local police station me Section 383 IPC (section 308 BNS)(extortion) aur Section 195A IPC (section 232 BNS) (witness threatening) ke tehat evidence ke roop me submit karein. Court me bhi is recording ka sahara lekar apni taraf se complaint file ki ja sakti hai. Agar dar ho ki local police action nahi legi to directly Magistrate ke paas Section 156(3) CrPC (section 175 BNSS) application dekar FIR register karwa sakte hain. Ye matter serious criminal intimidation aur blackmail ka hai, isliye bina deri ke legal action lena zaroori hai.
