Out of court settlement 420 case

There have been 2 FIR againts me under 420 money cheating case. Now the complainant are ready for settlement of 8 lakhs. But i don't have the amount to give them and settle it. But i have some land. Can the land be given on the name of the complainant as for the same settlement amount. Like for example i give 4 gunta of land to the complainant which is equal to 8 lakhs. Kindly guide me.
Yes, you can settle matter out of court if charge sheet filed or not then approach High Court for quash the criminal case at matter compromised. The complainant has to file affidavit and present before the court. Please contact me.
