Ordering Mycelium mushroom grow kit to india from an online store

Hello, I would like to know as I went through a lot of Indian Drug law articles on google about ordering Mycelium mushroom grow kits from an online store but I wasn't sure if that is considered illegal and wanted to know if caught by the customs what would be the penalty. I do know that psilocybin is illegal, however, the mushroom grow kit does not contain psilocybin and contains mycelium, I wanted to know if I can get into trouble for ordering a grow kit from an online store.

Having possession of illegal drugs whether in its original form or in its growing stage or any material which can be later converted into that is illegal under the NDPS act point number second the penalties and the convection will be depended on the amount of illegal drugs kept in position.
