Hi, I am afraid you might not be able to do much about it since it was an illegal act. You do not have any way out. Be careful in future so that you don’t face such issues again. Even if we suggest you to proceed with a case, it will be futile exercise.
Based on the facts you have described, here are your legal rights under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023:
You appear to be a victim of cheating and extortion.
Showing a different image and taking money under false pretenses may amount to Cheating under BNS Section 318.
Demanding money or forcing you to engage in sexual activity by threats amounts to Extortion / Criminal Intimidation under BNS Sections 351 & 152.
You should immediately file a complaint.
You can file an FIR at the nearest police station or through the online cyber-crime portal (1930 helpline).
Provide screenshots, call logs, chat history, payment receipts, and their phone numbers as evidence.
Your Legal Rights & What You Should Do Now
First, don’t panic. You have NOT committed any offence because:
You did not engage in sexual activity, and
Simply contacting someone online or on WhatsApp does not make you guilty of any crime.
1. Their demand for money is illegal extortion
What they are doing is:
Extortion (IPC 384)
Criminal intimidation (IPC 506)
Threatening you to pay money or “do sex” is a criminal offence on their part.
2. You do NOT owe them any money
You already sent her away and settled whatever you felt necessary.
They cannot legally force you to pay anything.
3. Blocking them was the correct step
Do NOT respond again.
These rackets survive on fear. The moment you block them, they move on.
4. They cannot take any legal action against you
Escorts/sex rackets NEVER go to police because:
They are already engaged in illegal activities.
Calling police will expose them, not you.
5. If they contact you again with threats
You can do the following:
Option A: Stay silent and block (usually enough)
Most extortion gangs send 1–2 threats and stop after being ignored.
Option B: File a Cyber Complaint (optional, if harassment continues)
You can file a complaint under:
Cyber Crime dot gov dot in
Evidence to keep (don’t send to them):
WhatsApp messages
Calls details
Payment screenshots
Girl’s arrival photo or any proof (if available)
This is only for your safety, not to be used unless threats continue.
6. They cannot file a police case against you
Even if they try to intimidate you saying:
“We will file complaint”
“We will send video/police”
“We will inform your family”
These are empty threats.
They cannot:
File any complaint
Send any “team”
Involve police
Do anything legally
Because they are running an illegal racket themselves.
There are Various legal Remedies to deal with it . Rest depends on matter.
feel free to Contact for further advice and assistance
Thank You
