One Time Raped And Blackmailed For 2 Month

Sir/mam, i have a question... If someone was raped about 2 month ago and did not say anything to anyone due to fear and after raped she was continuously blackmailed by him.... But now she can not tolerate the things happened with her and she told everything to her family member and wants legal action against him.... But she dont have any proof right now... How she will get proof or arrange proof.... One thing she is married that is why she firstly feared to say this things to her family... Please help... We want legal punishment

the silence would certainly go in favour of the accused. but the burden of proof of not committing rape will be on the accused. so you can stop worrying about proof. she being married would not have much difference if the rape is otherwise committed. proof of blackmail should help. suggest filing of the case if the allegations are genuine. Obviously she can lodge complaint before the police by stating the whole fact in detail. Laps of two months is ok there will be no problem with that. Rape is a cognizable offense and written complaint is enough to start a proceding against the accused. The investigating authority will help you collecting the proof. Without wasting more time lodge complaint before police or other appropriate forums. Silence will encourage the wrong doers.
