One Sc/St Person Muthu Fight Me In Thirupur Company

I was working in thiruppur company.welcom knitters there are one person Muthu theni work in our company labour .he attack my eyes so I ask .but they not believe.he make me many mistakes.so I can't go to work in thiruppur.so please help me
If the said person has physically assaulted you (attack on eyes), it is a serious offence under law. You can immediately give a written complaint to the jurisdictional Police Station in Tiruppur for offences under Sections relating to assault and criminal intimidation. If the police do not take action, you can send a complaint to the Superintendent of Police under Section 154(3) Cr.P.C. (now corresponding provisions under BNSS, 2023) or file a private complaint before the Judicial Magistrate.
