Sir One person purchasing movable and immovable property by illegal way he has purchase properties more than 3+ karod while his income is 20 lakh and loan liability 19+ lakh he took forcibly possession of the property for vacating premises he demands amount, his business is collecting amount/deposits from the public by online ,he distributed more than 60 lakh with interest. and running NGO with the help of NGO he convert black money into white can we file complaint to CBI/EOW/Cyber

Absolutely you can file the complaint against them Under Section 403 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. and also you can file complaint against them with the Enforcement Directorate (ED). keep all the evidences with you and you can file the complaint against them.
