Agar SP bhi action nahi lete, to Judicial Magistrate ke samne Section 156(3) CrPC ke tahat application de sakte hain, jisse court police ko investigation ka order de sakta hai. Aap RTI se bhi puchh sakte hain ki complaint par kya action hua.
