Neighbour filed case on fight on packing issue what to do

Hi, Please help, A year ago My sister had a fight with neighbor who is a lady advocate on some vehicle parking issue.. After the fight I visited to their house complaining the same.. Now we have got a summon from court booked u/s 452,323,506 of IPC in my sisters name, my name and my wife's name.. Their is no involvement of my wife still her name has been put in the summon..now we asked her for settlement, she said she had filed a complaint through her lawyer, meet him for settlement, her lawyer is demanding 60000 for settlement, unnecessary we r got in trouble.. Please suggest.
