Need to take strict action against the person who forged messages

I need suggestion that what kind of action i take against the person who forged whatsapp message thats not sent by me and file FIR against that i have used abusive words Reason behind that he is the committee member of building where i have my property on my wifes name and i was i asking for bank statement that where they have used our maintenance amount because they was charged much high and did nothing in terms of maintenance..just to escape from all this he forged message and file complaint against me..now i need strict action against that person..pls suggest how can we move forward

Make written complaint to Dcp; cyber cell& I O about all facts with date time & statement all with evidence such as screen shoots & some society corresponds...it will turn false fir summary will be done...
