Need Suggestions for a possible complaint

Hello, my name is Satyam and I am based in Kolkata. I recently had an argument with my ex-girlfriend in Shillong. During the argument, she attempted to harm herself, and I physically held her to stop her. She shouted, and people gathered. Now, she has filed a complaint of assault against me. I received a call from Shillong police asking me to come, but I am currently in Kolkata. I need urgent advice on: 1. Whether an FIR has been filed against me and under which IPC sections. 2. What do I do?

dear client as per your query since the police called you up you should have asked if FIR is registered against you if registered then you need to appear in court summon/ warrant may i be issued and proceedings may start..

I understand your case and situation, first if the police officer calls you you should told him/her that, I'm currently out of station for that reason I need some time so that I can come to the police sattaion. And your questions about what sections are their in the fir or complaint, it can only disclose after a conversation with you and with that police Officer. for more we have to connect so that we cam move towards your case.
