Need Suggestions for a possible complaint

Hello, my name is Satyam and I am based in Kolkata. I recently had an argument with my ex-girlfriend in Shillong. During the argument, she attempted to harm herself, and I physically held her to stop her. She shouted, and people gathered. Now, she has filed a complaint of assault against me. I received a call from Shillong police asking me to come, but I am currently in Kolkata. I need urgent advice on: 1. Whether an FIR has been filed against me and under which IPC sections. 2. What do I do?

If you have received a call from the Shillong Police Station you should technically not go there until and unless you receive a notice from the Police Station or the Jurisdictional Court. You should also take protection immediately if you feel there is this urgency.
