Need help to unfreeze account after refund and no FIR filed

06-Nov-2025 (In Criminal Law)
I filed a cyber crime complaint for a ₹10,000 wrong transaction. The suspect’s bank account was frozen after my report, but he later contacted me and refunded the full amount. I submitted a withdrawal request to Cyber Crime HQ and the local police station where the case was transferred. However, no FIR has been filed yet and the account is still frozen. Please guide me on the legal process to unfreeze his bank account.

visit the local cybercrime police station and give a letter of your problem solved and also send email both to local policestation and HQ cybercrime....even then after 3 days there won't be any response go to your bank and give a letter to the bank manager and request him to send an email from there side to unfreeze the account to cybercrime and HQ even then your case is not solved directly file case in the jurisdictional court to unfreeze the account.
